Documenting Dissent.TV (DDTV) is a small group of volunteer producers that packs up its gear and
videotapes local lectures, forums, and other events that feature
alternative political viewpoints and analyses.
By alternative
we mean those not seen on the major television networks or available in
the other dominant news media. As it turns out, these viewpoints and
analyses tend to be politically progressive because those are the ones
toward which we volunteer producers tend to gravitate.
At
this juncture, our primary distribution channels are local cable access
television stations and DVD sales of our monthly programs. Soon
those who visit this site will be able to preview and download video clips of
our programs. But if you're ready to order now, you may purchase our DVDs TODAY (and any day) by simply clicking here to shop at our online catalog. So go ahead! Do some shopping!
If you are a programming director for a local cable access
television station, you are invited to cablecast our programs, free of charge on your community access channel, thereby
adding a new dimension and breadth to your coverage of current
political events and issues. Just email Info@DocumentingDissent.TV ! We will continue to update our site and add more products and greater functionality. Meanwhile, we welcome the select few of you who have found this repository of
hard-to-find documents of dissent to tell others about it. We hope it is becoming once again an
axiom of political wisdom that dissent is patriotic and that you will
spread the word of our brand of patriotism to all your friends and
family. And keep us apprised of your opinion of our little C-SPAN-like show, and of speakers and topics you'd like us to cover.
Thanks.
-- Noble and Walter, Executive Producer-Directors of DDTV
