DDTV Presents its Anniversary Reprise Presentation:
"How America Lost Iraq"
In 2003 Aaron Glantz went to Iraq as an unembedded journalist. He brings home, in his compelling testimonial, the true story of the American
occupation of Iraq. George Capaccio, witness for peace, opened this program with his firsthand account of his nine visits to Iraq.

On August 3rd, at the
Central Square Senior Center in Cambridge, two
authors gave their firsthand accounts of the war on Iraq - one from San
Francisco and the other from Arlington, Massachusetts.
Unlike most U.S. reporters,
Aaron Glantz was not embedded with U.S.
troops. Instead he lived and worked among the Iraqi people from before
the invasion. His stories were featured almost daily on
Free Speech
Radio News (heard in Boston on WMBR - 88.1FM weekdays at 5:30).
He has written a book about his experiences called
"How America Lost
Iraq." Copies of the book are available at
www.aaronglantz.com.
